Security Forces Thwart Infiltration Attempt, Kill 16 Terrorists

In the wider area of “Ghulam Khan Kallay in the North Waziristan district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa”, security forces killed (16) terrorists who were attempting to cross the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, according to a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Sunday 23rd of march 2025.
ISPR commented that the incoming terrorists were successfully engaged by the Pakistani forces, who stopped their effort to infiltrate. It further stated that the security forces were strong and consistent in their efforts to protect the nation’s borders and remove the threat of terrorism.
“On night (23 and 24 March), movement of a group of khwarij, attempting to move through Pakistan-Afghanistan border, was tracked up by the security officials in the surrounding region Ghulam Khan Kallay, North Waziristan District,” according to an ISPR news release.
All Attackers Are Killed
Furthermore ISPR said: “Own forces successfully attacked and stopped their entry effort”. It went on to say, “All (16) Khwarij were sent to eternal punishment after a fierce gun exchange,” a reference to the terrorists who belonged to the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Pakistan has repeatedly asked the Interim Afghan government to guarantee efficient border administration on their side of the border, according to the ISPR, the military’s media wing.
“It is required of the interim Afghan government to fulfill its responsibilities and prevent Khwarij from using Afghan territory to carry out terrorist attacks against Pakistan. Pakistan’s security forces are strong and a lifetime in their commitment to protecting the nation’s borders and defeating the threat of terrorism.”
Pakistan’s Prime Minister And President Appreciate Security Forces
In separate remarks, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari praised the security forces for stopping the infiltration attempt at the Pakistan-Afghanistan border and rapidly eliminating (16) terrorists.
According to President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari, Pakistan’s great military was committed to defending the nation’s borders at all times. “Every member of the nation united with the security forces in the war against terrorists and the fight against terrorists will keep going till the final defeat of this danger.”
According to Prime Minister Shehbaz, terrorists would not be let to carry out their evil plans. He went on to say that he and the whole Pakistani population supported the brave military troops that were bravely protecting the nation.
