The world has always seen inequality among genders. In many countries, girls are treated differently, unlike boys. They are deprived of the opportunities that can be fruitful for their growth. One of those opportunities could be education. In today’s fast-paced digital world, males and females must be educated enough to combat worldwide challenges.
Unfortunately, females are not getting educational opportunities. Even if the opportunities are available, they are restricted to use them. Pakistan hosts a global conference from January 11-12 to talk on women’s education. The conference agenda is to address the challenges faced by the girls in getting an education and the opportunities available for the girls to pursue their careers.
Pakistan’s Education Ministry is welcoming over 150 leading lights from 44 Muslim and other allied countries. The Ministry will share a talk of exchange on girl’s education in Muslim communities. The dignitaries will share valuable insights about education. They also share inspiring stories of women worldwide to enhance the morale of girls out there. Moreover, they will discuss the challenges and the solutions to combat these challenges.
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), United Nations Children Funds (UNICEF) and the World Bank will join hand in hand with Pakistan to tackle educational issues. As per the Foreign Office, the ambassadors, scholars, and ministers from these organizations will come to spread the word regarding girls’ education on a higher level. The Education Ministry ensures that the conference will serve as a revolutionary conference in lighting women through education.
