A hearing on the request for the monthly adjustment, made by the Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA), is scheduled on the 29th of March.

While “8.4 billion units” of energy were produced in March, and the cost of that power was “9.22 rupees per unit”, which was higher than the standard rate of “9.25 rupees per unit”. The government is going to provide the citizens with a “51.49 billion rupee” relaxation for the quarterly adjustment.
