Israeli raids on Gaza early Thursday 26th of December 2024 killed more than (10) persons, which involved (5) journalists, and injured over a dozen others, according to medical officials from the Gaza health authorities.
According to the doctors, an Israeli attack on a home in the Zeitoun district of Gaza City killed (5) persons and injured (20) more. They pointed out that since many individuals were still buried beneath the debris, the death toll may increase.
On the other side (5) journalists were murdered in another incident when their car was hit near the Al-Awda hospital in Nuseirat, central Gaza, according to the enclave’s health officials. The journalists were employed by the television network Al-Quds Al-Youm.
No Ceasefire Deal
According to local reporters and Palestinian media, the car was designated as a media van and was utilized by reporters to cover events from inside the Nuseirat camp and hospital.
The Israeli army stated that its air force had bombed the car in a “targeted way” and that militants affiliated with Islamic Jihad were inside.
Israel and the Palestinian organization Hamas exchanged blame on Wednesday for not reaching a ceasefire deal, despite reports of progress in recent days from both parties.
The Gaza health ministry reported on Wednesday 35th of December that Israel’s military campaign in Gaza had killed over (45,361) Palestinians since the 7th of October 2023.

Israeli Forces Put Pressure On Plaestenians
In one of the cruelest operations of the (14) month conflict, Israeli forces continued to apply pressure on the northern Gaza Strip, which involves around (3) hospitals in (Beit Lahiya, Beit Hanoun, and Jabalia), which are located on the northern border of the enclave.
Israel is accused by Palestinians of trying to establish a buffer zone in northern Gaza by permanently displacing its population. Israel disputes this, claiming that as its forces fight Hamas, it has told residents to get out such regions for their own protection.
At least 24 people were killed by Israeli strikes in Gaza on Wednesday, according to health officials. One strike targeted a former school that was providing shelter to displaced families in the Sheikh Radwan suburb of Gaza City, they stated, and the Israeli military claimed to have hit a Hamas militant operating in the Al-Furqan area of Gaza City.
The Israeli military also claimed to have killed and wounded a number of Palestinians in the Al-Mawasi area, which is located in southern Gaza and is designated as a humanitarian zone by Israel.
