Global reactions:

Pakistan got multiple reactions globally. Different countries expressed their concerns over Pakistan and India’s war. Pakistan and India are neighbouring countries. Their neighbouring countries, like China, gave their stance on the matter.

China, while briefing the media, expressed its concern. It also offered itself as a mediator between both nuclear countries to resolve their issue. China’s foreign ministry spokesperson said that India and Pakistan are both our neighbours. One can not deny this fact. We urge both countries to remain calm over the chaotic situation. Both countries should prioritise peace in the region and strive for regional stability to avoid further de-escalation in the region.

The French Foreign Ministry, while giving an interview, also said that both nations should prioritise peace over conflict. It said that it is understandable that India wants to get rid of terrorism, but still, it should not escalate the situation. However, both nations should avoid each other and adopt measures to promote peace.

Donald Trump also came forward and said the assault was a “Shame.” He said that India and Pakistan should not increase the already tense situation.

The Chief Cabinet of Japan stated, “In regard to the terrorist act that occurred in Kashmir on April 22, our country firmly condemns such acts of terrorism. Furthermore, we express strong concern that this situation may lead to further retaliatory exchanges and escalate into a full-scale military conflict. For the peace and stability of South Asia, we strongly urge both India and Pakistan to exercise restraint and stabilise the situation through dialogue.”

The Russian Foreign Ministry condemned the incident and said that Pakistan and India should go for a peace deal. It also said that the tension can only be eliminated through peaceful and diplomatic means.

The UK Trade Secretary said that we are with both nations, Pakistan and India. Both are our friends, and we want peace in the region. We are ready to act as a mediator between both nations, and we hope that both nations will also think this way.
