Chinese investors have previously appealed to the Sindh High Court (SHC) in opposition to the police in Sindh for being abusive and demanding them.
While the suit claims that police interfered with their daily routines and demanded payments from the airport to their homes. Chinese investors have declared the “Federal Ministry of Interior, Chief Secretary Sindh, Inspector General of Sindh Police, Chinese Consulate, and others” respondents in the lawsuit.
The people complaining claim that despite being asked to invest in Pakistan by the country’s highest officials, especially Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, they are harassed on a regular basis.
All of the case’s respondents have received notifications from the Sindh High Court, which has taken notice of the petition. Respondents have been given (4) weeks to submit their responses to the Sindh High Court.
