PM Shehbaz Orders Development Of Stylish Hotels To Boost Tourism

Prime Minister (PM) of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif directed the appropriate departments to prepare a comprehensive report on the establishment of newly built hotels and other facilities through cooperation and public-private partnerships to increase tourism in the nation.

“With the accessibility of current facilities, tourism will be encouraged throughout the country,” the Prime Minister stated whereas chairing a meeting about Capital Development Authority (CDA) activities today.

Upgrade Hotels\Hospitals\Others

In order to host “international level” meetings and gatherings in the nation, the Prime Minister Shehbaz stressed the need to upgrade (hotels, hospitals, and other) facilities.

He advised the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to even more advanced facilities for the people of the federal capital and make sure that guests from neighboring nations have access to international-standard facilities.

The pre-feasibility reports for the development of new hotels and the restoration of Islamabad’s unusable government buildings were presented to the gathering.

On the other hand Ahad Khan Cheema, Minister of Economic Affairs, Chairman of the CDA, and other high-ranking officials attended the conference.

The prime minister said, “I have no doubt that this choice will be crucial to the sector’s advancement and create new opportunities for Pakistan’s socioeconomic growth.
