The first half of the current fiscal year (2024–25) saw a (51.32%) growth in automobile sales over the same period last year, according to recent figures issued by the PAMA (Pakistan Automobile Manufacturing Association).

The data shows that during the months under examination, (46,398) automobiles were sold, up from (30,662) units during the same period the previous year.

According to the breakdown, (6,404) Honda Civic and City units were sold between July and December of (2024–2025), whereas (3,938) units were sold during the same period in (2023–2024).

Sales of Toyota Corollas and Yaris vehicles rose by (82.47% to 9,633) units from (5,279) units the year before.

On the other hand, the Suzuki Swift had a (60.71%) increase in sales this year, going from (2,230 to 3,584) units.

Sales of the Suzuki WagonR dropped to (1,159) units from (1,829) units the previous year, whereas sales of the Suzuki Cultus fell to (1,130) units during the 1st half of this year compared to (1,062) units during the same period a year earlier.

Sales of the Suzuki Alto increased by (46.16%) from (13,405) units to (19,594) units in the current year, while sales of the Suzuki Bolan increased to (3,013) units from (1,179) units in the same months of the previous year.
