According to sources, Deputy Commissioner Multan is advising the public against exposing their kids to a candy known as Strawberry Quick, calling it a new form of sweet poison.

In a statement, Deputy Commissioner Multan Muhammad Ali Bukhari stated that the sweets may pose a health risk to youngsters. According to Bukhari, “Strawberry Quick” is a “new form of sweet poison,” which has serious implications for children who take in it.

The Deputy Commissioner underlined that children are being fed “crystal meth” in the shape of candy, which is a “deadly poison.” Typically, parents use fairly harmless candies to soothe their kids; these items are often picked without being recognized.

Take Action

In addition parents are reminded to be active in stopping their children from taking any questionable goodies, especially “sweet poison,” and to forbid their children from receiving any dubious candies.

Along with this concerning Multan news, Peshawar has reported that harmful lollipops are being sold in the People’s Market. As a result, the district government acted quickly after learning of the rising incidence of kid drug addiction.

According to the administration, kids are becoming addicted to ice drugs because of dangerous lollipops. “To protect children and save society, a number of retailers engaged in this dangerous trade have been arrested and dangerous products have been removed,” said Deputy Commissioner Sarmad Saleem Akram.

Wider debates over the need for public awareness campaigns and legislative actions to inform families about the dangers of certain goods that function as sweet poison have been sparked by recent cases.

Parents and community leaders are asked to work together in order to keep an eye on kids’ sweets diet and to provide a setting where kids feel comfortable and shielded from dangerous chemicals. In order to combat the growing risk of drug-related problems among young people, it is necessary to promote a culture of safety and alertness.
