Even if floods are disrupting construction projects and increasing costs, the most recent cement prices in Pakistan for September 2025 only show slight variations across top brands.

Although transportation and materials have been impacted, the cement market is still competitive with a limited price range. In Pakistan, a bag of cement now costs around (1,380 and 1,430 rupees).

The majority of businesses reflect a steady market trend by staying around the 1,400 mark. With “prices of (1,380), Cherat Cement, Falcon Cement, and Flaying Pakistan have somewhat cheaper prices”. In line with the average market level, “Askari Cement and Kohat Cement” have set prices of (1,390), whereas “DG Khan Cement, Fauji Cement, Lucky Cement, and Pioneer” have set prices of (1,400).

BestWay Cement is priced at (1,410) in September 2025, which is slightly higher than normal and indicates a stronger brand position. With a price of (1,430), the highest of all cement prices in Pakistan, Maple Leaf Cement is the market’s top option.

According to the most recent cement prices in Pakistan, the majority of businesses are operating in a restricted market, meaning that consumers only notice minor differences between brands.

The cement industry has remained comparatively stable despite the fact that floods throughout Pakistan have decreased construction activity, raised costs, and limited transportation alternatives.

Overall, Pakistan’s cement price pattern shows a clustered market, with some brands placing themselves as premium or affordable options while the majority stay close to the average rate.

Yet while overall figures still showed an impressive year-over-year increase, the upward momentum in cement sales in Pakistan slowed in August 2025 compared to July.

Industry data indicates that cement sales in Pakistan increased “10.33% from 2.807 million tonnes in August 2024 to 3.097 million tonnes in August 2025”.

Additionally, exports increased by “22.13% to 749,723 tonnes from 613,875 tonnes” in the same month the previous year. However, compared to July 2024, July 2025 had experienced higher growth, with “exports up 84% and domestic consumption up 18.61%”.
