According to sources on Friday 30th of May 2025, Arshad Nadeem, the national hero of Pakistan, has advanced to the Asian Athletics Championship’s javelin throw final, which will take place in Gumi, South Korea.

Details show that on his first try, Arshad Nadeem threw an incredible “86.34 meters”. In the first try during the qualifying round, Indian athlete Yash threw “76.67 meters”.

Arshad Nadeem is expected to compete for Pakistan once more in the javelin throw final on May 31st with the hopes of winning another championship.

It’s important to note that Pakistani athlete Arshad Nadeem made history at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris by throwing a javelin that was over “90 meters” long, the “6th longest” throw in the world.

He received Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, the highest civilian award in the country, for his accomplishment, and he was greeted home with widespread celebrations throughout Pakistan.

The federal and provincial governments gave the javelin thrower monetary prizes for his outstanding success, while private organizations announced more incentives for the national hero. Moreover, Olympic gold medallist said in a recent interview that although he received some of the benefits that government authorities had promised, the rewards that private organizations believed have not yet been fulfilled.
