NADRA Starts An E-Katchery Project To Handle Online Public Issues.

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has taken a historic step by launching a new program that will allow citizens to file complaints from the ease of their homes.
This groundbreaking action was made by NADRA, the only authorized organization in charge of providing “national identity cards and other identification documents” to residents both inside and outside of Pakistan, in order to guarantee that the public’s problems are taken seriously.
The Director General of NADRA’s Regional Office Lahore will be holding an e-katchery session through the official NADRA YouTube channel in accordance with specific instructions from the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Citizens will be able to voice their concerns and get prompt support and resolution by contacting the “DG NADRA Regional Head Office in Lahore right away through this e-katchery”.
“From (11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) on Wednesday, October 15th 2025, the live e-katchery session will take place. Visit @nadraofficial on YouTube to join the live stream, or call 042-99232809 for additional details.”
A new digital system for registering births and deaths in hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Pakistan was previously introduced by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in partnership with provincial governments.
The goal of this system is to make the process quicker, more effective, and more transparent. As directed by “Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi”, NADRA is making a concerted effort to correct the nation’s registration system’s flaws.
Moreover “Shahbaz Sharif, the prime minister of Pakistan, approved the National Biometric and Registration Policy Framework on January 1st, 2025, which includes this project”.
