PCB Releases Central Contracts For Men; Babar And Rizwan Are Pushed

According to sources, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has revealed the new men’s central contracts for the next season, reducing the number of players from (27 to 30) and demoting famous batsmen Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan.
Ten players in each group have been assigned to Categories (B, C, and D) depending on performance, according to the PCB. Category (A), which once featured high performers, has been eliminated by the board.
Consequently, Mohammad Rizwan, a wicketkeeper-batsman, and star batsman Babar Azam were demoted from (Category A to Category B).

Players Names In Categories ‘B,C,D’
As per details, (Shaheen Afridi, Fakhar Zaman, Shadab Khan, Abrar Ahmed, Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, Saim Ayub, and Salman Ali Agha) are joining them in (Category B).
While, (Naseem Shah, Saud Shakeel, Faheem Ashraf, Sajid Khan, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Haris, Sahibzada Farhan, Hasan Nawaz, Noman Ali, and Abdullah Shafique) are all included in (Category C).
Moreover, (Shan Masood, Hussain Talat, Abus Afridi, Khushdil Shah, Ahmed Daniyal, Salman Mirza, Khurram Shehzad, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Mohammad Abbas) are all included in (category D).
On the other Hand, (Ahmed Daniyal, Faheem Ashraf, Hasan Ali, Hasan Nawaz, Hussain Talat, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Abbas, Mohammad Haris, Mohammad Nawaz, Sahibzada Farhan, Salman Mirza, and Sufiyan Muqeem) are some of the (12) new players who were given central contracts this year. According to the PCB, the central contracts are being restructured to reward reliable performers and provide chances for up-and-coming talent.
The withdrawal of prominent players Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan from the (17) member national squad that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had previously declared for the 2018 Asia Cup and the tri-nation series in the United Arab Emirates was a significant headline.
Selectors Wants To Fresh Lineup
The team’s captain is now Salman Ali Agha, an all-around player. The Pakistani team, which includes (Hasan Ali, Haris Rauf, Fakhar Zaman, Faheem Ashraf, and Abrar Ahmed, combines youthful talent with experience. Along with Hasan Nawaz, Hussain Talat, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Haris, and Mohammad Nawaz), other prominent team members include (Saim Ayub, Salman Mirza, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Sufiyan Muqeem). The (17) man team is completed by (Sahibzada Farhan and Wasim Junior).
Pakistan’s strategy has changed significantly with the deficiency of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, as the selectors want to try out fresh lineups before upcoming competitions.
