Three Police Officers Robbed At Gunpoint In Peshawar

Armed criminals in Peshawar robbed (3) police officers at gunpoint. Gun-wielding thieves took the police officers’ items and held them at gunpoint during the incident on Budhni Road.
When officers tried to fight back during the criminal act, one of the criminals was hurt. The criminals managed to get away despite the brief fighting, losing their motorcycle in the process.
According to police authorities, the victims were on leave at the time of the incident and are currently enrolled in training at the Khyber Police Training School. To catch the criminals, special squads have been assembled and are being led by ASP Chamkani. An inquiry is under progress.

Whereas a police officer from Karachi’s special branch wing had previously had his government-issued motorcycle and cell phone in a similar incident, according to a report.
Two suspects on a motorbike without a license plate grabbed the policeman at gunpoint and seized his bike, cell phone, and other items during the incident, which happened close to Malir 15 Flyover.
The police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against unnamed individuals after beginning an inquiry following the incident.
